At Arbor Forest Products, supporting local communities is something we genuinely care about. From grassroots sport to local initiatives, we’re always proud to play a small part in projects that make a difference close to home.
Recently, we were pleased to help support improvements to the playing field used by New Holland Eagles, a junior football club built on passion, determination and community spirit.
A Vision for the Pitch
The project is being driven by Brad Keyworth, who founded the junior club with a clear vision for what the facilities in New Holland could become.
After months of planning and determination, that vision is now beginning to take shape, with work underway to improve the ground and create a better environment for the young players and their families.
“I have had this picture in my head, of what I wanted the pitch and carpark to become, from the first day I formed my junior club, here in New Holland.”

Timber for the Project
To support the improvements, Arbor Forest Products is supplying treated timber for new fencing around the playing field.
Working with local contractor Birtwhistle Landscaping, the project includes a combination of perimeter and boundary fencing to help create a safer, smarter looking space for the team.
Once complete, the new fencing will help improve both the appearance and functionality of the ground, creating a facility the whole village can be proud of.
Local Businesses Supporting Local Sport
Grassroots football relies heavily on volunteers, local clubs and businesses working together, and it’s been brilliant to see that support in action for this project.
“I can’t thank you all enough and I’m so happy that a local company is investing in the local kids footy team… this is making a huge positive impact to us.”

Building More Than Just Fencing
For the young players at New Holland Eagles, projects like this help create a place where they can enjoy football, develop their skills and build friendships.
For us at Arbor Forest Products, it’s a reminder that sometimes a few loads of timber can help build something much bigger than the project itself.
We’re proud to support initiatives like this and wish the team every success as they continue to grow.
