This success of the product has also led to the launch of two new collections: Trex Enhance Naturals and Trex Enhance Basics, which offer homeowners and businesses quality composite decking at an affordable price. In keeping with our eco-friendly ethos, both collections are made from 95 per cent recycled materials, including reclaimed wood, sawdust and plastic packaging.
Newly appointed Trex southern sales manager Lee Heitzman has worked with builders’ merchants and timber importers throughout his 22-year career, and for Arbor Forest Products since 2014. In his new role, Lee plans to focus on the individual needs of each Trex stockist within his area and will be driving awareness of the brand to ensure they each have the best chance of success.
He commented: “In the years I’ve worked for Arbor Forest Products my perspective of Trex has changed from seeing it as simply another decking product, to what it really is: a world-leading outdoor living brand and I’m committed to continuing to spread this message amongst stockists, installers and end users.
“Being a family-run business makes it not only a pleasure to go to work each day, but it also means that we truly put the customer first, which includes our ‘Warehouse on Wheels’ ethos – allowing customers to use our site as an extension of their yard. I enjoy the people-facing aspect of this job immensely, so I’m excited to continue to develop both new and existing relationships with stockists and their staff.”
