We’re a multi-generation family business, but our view of family extends way beyond two brothers – the way we see it, our family has nearly 200 members, and we all work as a team to make it our success.

From our MDF and Garage teams to our delivery drivers, everyone that works within our 90-acre site in North Lincs, help us to be the strong and hardworking company we are today.

We’re passionate about our role in giving back to the community, that’s why we gifted the Community Centre to the local residents of New Holland to make a space for them to enjoy, 69% of our team are hired from within a ten-mile radius of Arbor and our MD started as an apprentice in the 90s.
